User Types in Commsor

Commsor supports three types of users: Admins, Managers, and Members. Each role has different levels of access and permissions within the platform.

Admins

We recommend assigning only 1-2 admin seats per workspace.

Admins have full access to all areas of Commsor, including:

• Editing all workspace settings

• Managing billing and subscription details

• Viewing and acting on all signals

• Accessing all permissions available to Managers and Members

Managers

We recommend assigning Manager seats to your leadership team and key stakeholders.

Managers can:

• Manage integrations

• Invite other members

• Upload and sync target account lists

• Add Connectors

• Create an Intro Board

• Manage the Library

Managers do not have access to billing information.

Members

Member seats are best suited for your sales team.

Members can:

• Act on their network signals

• View connectors (but not invite or remove them)

• View target account lists
